Lowa - Collection Spring / Summer 2013

Innovation with Passion for Detail

Retail needs innovative products to be successful. And that’s exactly what LOWA is delivering in its Spring Summer 2013 collection. For the market leader from Upper Bavaria, its innovation lies in particular in the details. And details make all the difference.

Thus, LOWA simultaneously combines two innovative details in its successful alpine all-arounder, Cevedale Pro GTX®: One, LOWA’s asymmetrical upper construction „FlexFit-Synchro“ allows the boot to move in tandem (synchroneously) with the lower leg and, in this way, perceptibly improves comfort during wear and, two, LOWA’s Flex-Technology reduces walking discomfort caused by stiff boot materials in the ankle and instep areas with its freely moving lace hooks and loops. Together, these lead to unique comfort during the stride and a superior feeling on the smallest holds. This is only one example of the multitude of improvements that include everything from new midsole construction to modified lasts to new outsoles.

On the other hand, one completely new development is for example, the innovative style Innox GTX® Lo. Positioned as a multi-functional model in the ATC Collection, the Innox GTX® Lo also provides the functional details that allow it to look good for outdoor fitness activities.

Never has it been so important to continue to promote successful, albeit already well-accepted, trends. For example, the recent trend Speedhiking continues to be a hot topic. With that in mind, LOWA will also launch new styles for Spring Summer 2013 for this athletic form of hiking.

One consistent and sustainable development amongst past trends will be celebrated with the 15th anniversary of the Renegade boot with its newest model. For this occasion, the successful style will be released in a limited edition of powerfully striking colours – only available for a short time.

For the Spring Summer 2013 season, LOWA will introduce climbing shoes for the first time. With this step, LOWA now has a complete range of footwear for all things alpine.

You’ll find details about LOWA’s innovative footwear offerings on the next pages.
